I had an exceptional service from The Eye Place recently. I wanted some GLCO frames which were out of stock on their website. I called to see if they had them in store, which they didn't. However, within the hour Ben sourced a pair from Their supplier overseas and contacted me back to say they'd been set aside. Within a week they were ready for pick up! Thank you 🙏

Right from the door, you know you are in great hands! The team took time explaining what was happening at each stage of my visit - reception to tests to consultation to finance - that I didn't even have any questions to ask. Lol The selection of frames are unique and lovely. Such a great experience!

What a wonderful opticians! Took my 6 year old in today after constantly getting glasses from larger suppliers where the arms snap off so easy. Can’t praise the staff enough. The man (and lady) who dealt with us engaged with my son straight away and made what is normally a difficult experience fantastic. He had him chatting away and he came out bouncing. Nothing was too much trouble and even after spending 10 mins making up their super hero football team I didn’t feel rushed out or unheard. Thank you

I have no hesitation in recommending The Eye Place in Dore. My new glasses are the best I have ever had prescribed and every one in the practice has been great. I must give a special mention to Emily who has managed my “account” for the past 2 years or so brilliantly, excellent customer service, thank you ! See you next year for my next appointment 👍
