Returns & Refunds

FREE UK RETURNS

For returns of non-sale* items within the UK we offer a free returns service via Collect+.

We offer a 14-day return or exchange policy from the day you receive your order.

We're happy to refund any frames/sunglasses you are not 100% happy with providing we receive them unused, as new, within this 14-day period.

You will be credited via your original method of payment and notified via email when this process is complete.

The following items are exempt from being refunded:

  • Prescription eyewear (once prescription lenses have been fitted, the frame and lenses are both classed as bespoke items and may only be returned if faulty)
  • Outbound shipping costs (we pay for the inbound return shipping label, but will not refund any original outbound shipping charges)

To make a return on a UK order please visit our returns center.

To make a return on a non-UK order (i.e. an order shipped to an address outside of the UK, please refer to the International Returns info below)

* A sale item is a product with a "slashed" price i.e. a discounted price. The slashed price is visible on the product page of the website.

For sale items, UK customers must pay for a tracked returns service which is insured for the value of at least £200 e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery.

IN-STORE RETURNS

We offer a 14-day return or exchange policy from the day of purchase on non-bespoke sunglass orders only.

Prescription eyewear is classed as a bespoke item and will have been modified to fit your face shape and/or prescription, so we don't usually accept returns on prescription eyewear.

We're happy to refund any non-prescription sunglasses you are not 100% happy with, providing we receive them unused, as new, within this 14-day period, with the non-usage tag still attached.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS 

We offer a 14-day return or exchange policy from the day you receive your order.

We're happy to refund any frames/sunglasses you are not 100% happy with providing we receive them unused, as new, along with a completed returns form within this 14-day period.

You will be credited via your original method of payment and notified via email when this process is complete.

The following items are exempt from being refunded:

  • Prescription lenses
  • Outbound shipping costs

Items must be returned to the UK address provided on the returns form, via a tracked shipping method.

It is important that a tracked service is used, or if your return gets lost you won't be covered.

We suggest that you use the Click-N-Ship service from USPS - the approximate cost is $25.
